The project involves the construction and operation of a centralized heating system at Yinxian Garden in Guoqiao Town, Tengzhou City, Shandong Province. It is located east of Provincial Road S345 and north of Fuhou Road, serving as a new rural residential transformation project. The system uses air source heat pumps for centralized heating, covering approximately 196,100 square meters, including residential areas, kindergartens, and administrative service buildings. The community consists of 47 buildings with 1,214 residential units, each 6 stories high.
The project utilizes a distributed air energy station to supply heating through a network from November 15 to March 15, with 24-hour heating service. Zhongke Fude has deployed 56 units of 52P Ren series to meet residents' heating needs. This is a 30-year BOT concession project, where Zhongke Fude will handle surveying, design, construction, operation, and maintenance, leveraging industry advantages for effective heating management.
Design Plan
- The project incorporates automatic variable frequency technology to adjust pump flow rates, reducing pump power consumption by 30-50%, while maintaining pressure through a constant-pressure water supply system.
- It features remote monitoring capabilities for real-time oversight of heat, water volume, temperature, machine faults, and operational status. Fault notifications will be sent to a feedback platform.
- Each unit is equipped with independent heat measurement chambers to record heating needs, along with heat meters for timely adjustments to be communicated to the operation center.
- The system eliminates the need for a buffer tank, allowing return water to be heated directly before entering the user network, thus minimizing unnecessary heat loss.
